Advantage assam 2.0: With another bunch of major industrial players

With another bunch of major industrial players attending sessions on Day 2, Advantage Assam 2.0 is poised to be an event driving long-term economic growth and development in the state. The Prime Minister highlighted Assam's potential, progress, and opportunities for industry, infrastructure, and innovation. He said Assam is becoming a hub for semiconductor manufacturing, renewable energy, and trade with South East Asia. Advantage Assam 2.0 Investment and Infrastructure summit 2025, an initiative by the Govt of Assam, marks an important step in the state’s plan to grow its economy and become a major industrial hub. The Prime Minister noted that Assam’s natural resources and strategic location make it a preferred destination for investment. He cited Assam tea as an example of Assam’s potential, stating that it has become a global brand over the past 200 years, inspiring progress in other sectors as well.
