Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (BPSMV) is unique as it is the first state Women University in North India. Established in 2006 by an act of Haryana Legislature, BPSMV is recognized by the UGC and offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses across various disciplines. Admission to undergraduate programs at Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya will go on till the last date of 20 August 2025" for the next academic cycle of 2025-26. Established by the Government of Haryana, in August 2006 at Village Khanpur Kalan, District Sonipat, Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (BPSMV), also known as Bhagat Phool Singh Women's University, is the first among the women’s State universities in Northern India.
