Terms of the offer
An EC certificate (not CE certificate ) is one of the requirements that must be met before CE marking a class 2a or 2b device. It's issued by a Notified body upon application (and audit). That being said is it an EC Certificate or a CE certificate ? Additionally what does the EC stand for in EC certificate . I have looked in the directives and on BSI's website, but all I find is that for a CE mark, "CE" stands for the french words Conformité Eurponéene. Where can I check for a regulatory confirmation? Thanks
