News / Events Update Manav Sampada eHRMS has been awarded the Gems of Digital India Award 2018 in New Delhi. “Manav Sampada” application is a common application tool for personnel management activities like monitoring, planning, recruitment, posting, promotion, transfer, maintenance of service history etc. Manav Sampada portal facilitates property updates for Uttar Pradesh government employees, managed by NIC as an HRMS tool. The Manav Sampada UP eHRMS portal (ehrms.upsdc.gov.in) is the official online platform developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) for managing the service records of government employees in Uttar Pradesh.
