Garena sg: Is pretty much the least populated lol

Garena sg is pretty much the least populated lol server, you really feel it during off times especially for new players (around 3am-10am GMT+8) or even during weekdays when school is in session The Garena client used to allow people playing in the Vietnam or Taiwan region to change their game's language to English, or their respective local language. This is not possible on the Riot Client at this stage, however there is a workaround. I played on riot servers but i get 350 ping and i tried garena sg servers with 30 min queue time.. any ideas wat server is best? I don't play any of Garena 's title, but i do play World of Warships on the SG server. Ping's always fluctuate crazily (75 - 300 (!!)) whenever i use Tsel's network.
