Bourgeonner means 'to bud' and there are a few examples of the literal 'hyperbudding' online, but I am not convinced. Here are some examples: je fais un pansement avec algosterils et j'ai un cote de la plaie qui commence à hyperbourgeonner. In my dictionary (Hinds - Badawy) I've just found شِفا ( healing ), but هنا is translated only as "here"! That's why I didn't understand the meaning of the sentence. I'll try to use this word (هنا=happiness) with locals and I'll see what happens! Thanks for your help.
