Seegore: I went on seegore through the most

I went on seegore through the most requested thread and reached the site. I pressed play and then it redirected my site twice before I closed the tab. I’m on iPhone. Since gore sites are generally sketchy I’m worried now about whether I could have a virus. How can I avoid these redirects in the future?
