SPADEX is the India's experiment to test space docking technology, enhancing satellite maintenance and in-orbit servicing capabilities for future missions. Successful separation of SpaDeX satellites marks another milestone in India's space journey. SpaDeX mission is a cost-effective technology demonstrator mission for the demonstration of in-space docking using two small spacecraft launched by PSLV. SPADEX is a twin spacecraft mission by ISRO to test orbital rendezvous, docking and formation flying technologies. It is planned to launch in Q3 2024 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre aboard PSLV C63.
